Sudden increases in the rent

Staff was so nice.

you kept going up on the rentals and you never informed me. You would contact me whenn my bill was due or when you were going to sell my storage but never whne you increased my rate. Also i has 3 storages with you. Your employees stole my 65 inch vizio tv when you thought I wasnt going to pay before the sale date. Which I always did so why my tv was stolen is beyond me.

After horrible (inhumane) experiences at another well-known storage facility, I signed up with CubeSmart a couple of years ago. And, I do not regret this decision. To this day, CubeSmart Team Members consistently greet me with kindness, respect, good humor, and great conversations at every storage facility I’ve rented from, no matter what city I’m in, including this location. I’m grateful to have met Tina and Alex—two awesome humans—and I’m grateful that this is a super clean facility in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you, Tina, for everything!

Availability. The time the facility is open for causes people to have to work around your hours instead of being available at our convenienceLack of parking and resources to load and unload property due to business hours having other renters have to come at the same time and compete to get said tools.The cost of monthly storage not having a solid price and not having a cap ment monthly prices would continue to go upIf it had remained at my original price of when i started or givien a discount to renters on thier monthly after 1yr of service i would not have cancelled my service

App and customer service was good.

Very limited space for pick up and drop off. Never got the percentage of the increase of the rooms and how often a year does the rent go up. Still have a mouse problem!

The location and staff is very nice but the prices keep increasing.
