Very limited space for pick up and drop off. Never got the percentage of the increase of the rooms and how often a year does the rent go up. Still have a mouse problem!

The location and staff is very nice but the prices keep increasing.

I felt good while a had that space

Tina, the front desk person was very helpful and accommodating; especially, with setting an account and helping us with renting a unit. I love the level of security and also the modern sophisticated customer access (i.e. - can open open facility does through the Cube smart phone app.

Clean, friendly staff. What's not to love?

If you say the first month, it’s free and then after six months the price increases.Then why you have to pay almost $100 when you sign up , so the first month is not free and when it’s five months you raise the price. I will never recommend your company.

Because after five months, you raised the price and it wasn’t even six months yet.

I didn't have any problem with my things there . All my belongings was safe and secure . Thanks to the team a big shout out to Tina she's very polite ,and helpful . Keep up the good work Tina. Blessings.
