For the past 3 days the staff there haven’t been helpful at all first they tried to over charge me on a unit I was changing to another then the lack of info they provide u and the attitude they give when u asking questions there’s is no customer service the manger on site said he will try ask an employee to help what do u mean try your the manger I would think that u are in charge at the moment it I think the staff and manger need more training on customer service related issues it’s in acceptable how I was treated there I’m paying for the service and storage not to me given attitude when I ask question about the units and the rodent problem there it’s unfortunate that the wrong people running a company site can give bad experience to customers I will not recommend to any one
