A few of my family's belongings went missing and a few more was covered in bed bugs and rat droppings leaving a question of how cleaned and cared for the facility is.

The unit I had was not climate controlled and I had to make sure I keep replacing the DampRid.Also each time I had to use a Dolly Cart I had to leave my drivers license with the front desk because the Dolly’s was chain up.
