All of stuffs was rat infested , they bit up everything I had , the only thing was good is that at the Merrick boulevard branch the general manager was very helpful, professional and she emphastise. Apologize and reassured me that she was gonna help with my situation... Kiera I appreciate you so much ❤️

My unit was infested with rat droppings and pie on new items I bought and put to store. I’m currently making payments on I item I don’t have because of this.

The space was fine; the constant increase in the monthly charges was not. It is the main reason that I closed my account.

The storage facility is infested with rats and smells awful
