Expensive. Units are not properly cleaned before a new customer moves into a unit. Dead mice, mice droppings are prevalent. Weird smells. Not enough hand trucks. The one you have are old with the handles always s falling out.

There was plenty of units available upon first arrival. The associates were very helpful and understanding. Also gave plenty of information on how each type of unit could help store. Overall was a easy and convenient experience.

I had no problems with the company, they gave me a reasonable price, but when it got too high, they help me out, by not pulling it too high for me, cause I was a senior citizen, that really helped me, it was time to get my stuff out, and I am glad I did
