Although the pay and vacate amount was reached, the arrangements to make the payment to vacate ran into difficulties on your end that set the move out back 2 weekends which caused a major scheduling problem for me with my job and recent surgery recovery.

The model of continuously raising the rent by 25% - 35% with a 30 Day advance notice had become unsustainable. I can't knowingly recommend such a product or service to friends and family.
