The service at this location was disgusting and completely unprofessional. The front desk employee tried to physically confront me when I came in to pay my bill, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. On top of that, when I removed my belongings from storage, I discovered severe water damage and destruction to my property, including three televisions, my children’s clothing, and a brand-new couch. I suffered over $5,000 in damages. This experience has been stressful, unacceptable, and handled very poorly.

Too many price increases

The price increased twice in less than a year, with barely any notice.

If you would look at my records, I was always paying early. I was paying three something and then you raised it $100 the first time you did it you raised it $100 so I got a small locker then when I got the smaller locker in a couple of months you raised it $100 so I left soon as I paid the hundred dollars for the monthly fee when I got home there was a letter that I’m raising $100 and I left two weeks after I paid and I paid for the month

Your prices where outrageous, from $79 to paying $130 for a unit is not right. And your employees are ass at there job

Too expensive.The employees are money hungry.The representative that closed me out lied and said there was no one there that could break my lock for me to move out. He ended up doing it right away so he lied.I will never use cubesmart again.

Facility is clean and accessible. The staff is helpful and professional. This is my second time purchasing a unit and the overall experience has been great.
