I opened an account and I have been in the hospital and just came out today i tried to login to.my account and they closed my account I paid $146 to start the account and now i.l9st my money that I paid they didn't even call me to inform me that they will be closing I did get a call ask8ng if I was still needed the space and I let them.know that I do still need the space. And they closed my account 2 Days after I recieved a late fee which 8 tecieved because I was in the hospital intubated I couldn't reach out to.anyone until today.. I want my refund in full.

My property was damaged in the storage unit by rodents. I was never reimbursed for my damage property insurance that is being sold to me. Did not cover my damage property and they charge too much for the unit.

rented for 3yrs and felt very comfortable ,place clean and employees customer service was great
