Solely and completely because of the office staff. Extremely pleasant, helpful, and went the extra mile to assist me in finding the right unit for my needs, as well as helping with an issue in another unit I hold in the same facility. The place is clean, and we'll kept to boot.

The two managers we dealt with at CubeSmart, Nicholas and Aritha, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and made the rental process painless and simple. Nicholas was also very helpful when it came time to close our account. Both he and Aritha were so kind and easy to work with.Also, the facility was very clean and well maintained. We felt very secure in storing our possessions there.
