The storage faculty and staff were excellent. The policy of no refund for unused days is not consumer-friendly. Oftentimes moves out of a storage space are dependent on house selling and buying closing dates, new storage space availability, moving company schedules, and other factors beyond personal control.

CubeSmart is immaculate inside & outside. It is a very safe place. The General manager Nicholas is extremely effective. My unit door broke & within a few hrs it was fixed & he informed me excellent at his job. The Assistant Manager Aritha is extremely capable of every aspect of her job. She is very personable, and knows all her clients by name. Aritha is surely an asset to the company. She really cares about CubeSmart & the clients. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone in need of a storage unit.
