Everyone I worked with was friendly and accommodating. The locale was good and it was clean and well lit.However, I found that two sizable increases within one year was unfair. I went from $160 to $248 in one year. Once you get your belongings in the unit, you are faced with paying these increases or moving back out. If you have to increase, consider not doing it a couple of months after people move in. And consider $10 or even $20 increases.

As a senior the location being all first floor makes it accessible for those of us with mobility issues. Plenty of parking. A mobile app to enter is efficient.Most of all Nicholas is so very kind and patient, he helped me set up the mobile app, explained how to properly use the locks for the unit,a all operating hours.The first person you deal with sets the tone on deciding if that is where you want to rent.Nicholas is exceptional on all levels. Also very sweet woman Aritha , really great staff.

it was fairly easy to secure the storage unit on line. Once at the unit, Aritha was extremely helpful in showing us how to use the lock and give a tour of the dolly, where to load, etc.
