Great Place for anything u got to put in storage, love the climate control, and clean place

The manager never answers the phone. You leave a message and he never gets back to you. Once, I went to the office because there no one that answers the phone, door closed but was light in the back room. I kept knocking until minutes later, the person comes out. In some ocasiona, his actitud his rude. At least what I perceive. I have been to other cube smarts and it’s totally opposite. Managers or their assistant answers. They are very respectful and happy to help. This is the one on Jessup, MD

Entire process was extremely straightforward and quite easy all round

Excellent customer service.

The manager was great. The checkin was simple, everything in regards to late payments and rate increases was explained. The location was clean and my unit was easy to access.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE SO I MOVED TO A DIFFERENT STORAGE COMPANY

The space was fine, the price increases were very disappointing.

The facilities were fine, but the cost was outrageous! After 5 months my monthly cost went up $140!! And I was told there was nothing that could be done to lower the cost! Who can afford a rate increase like that after 5 months

You need more carts available. I often had to wait to use a cart which was very inconvenient at times. The remote access and 24/7 availability was very convenient, however.
