My husband , a recent stroke victim, approved a contract in my name and approved auto pay. Electronic signing authorized but not by me!! I never received any contract via email or other mail!! I would not have approved this transaction as I had already secured another storage facility, closer to our home!! Never had anything in the area!! Per your manager the security person placed a lock on the unit . Had it not been on he would have seen it was not being used and would have hopefully called me!!
