Front desk staff was friendly, I like that this location has indoor and outdoor storage so I can make use of both.

Could not get in touch with a live person, never returned calls. Online contact is frustrating, had common questions.

Great service and clean storage space, perfect for what I needed and easy to get to. Calling the office was a bit of a headache but I only needed them once and it wasn't a big deal, got everything sorted out during one of my visits. Would recommend.

The office staff is GREAT and I never had any issues with my items in storage. I actually was sad to leave. I would not recommend because of the high rate increases. I totally understand an annual slight increase, but every year it seemed to go up $25+ and that is alot for an increase. I think in the 2 years I was there it went from $125 to $180 which is alot.

Access to the unit was good. It would have been better if there was someone available when we had questions or problems such as an elevator not working or even trying to get them to look at our unit when we were ready to leave.
