Great management

An adjacent unit had a leak in it which in turn caused mold on all of my belongings. I reported it and filed a claim which turned out NOT to be the insurance company, but a third party that dismissed my claim before seeing all photos of damage and a final explanation. The manager tried his best to help, but the upper management levels are inept/don't care. I was given a different space yet had to take a week of my own time to relocate my possessions alone. A mover would have cost $1600. Cube smart has done nothing to compensate me for the damage to my things or the loss of time having to move them myself.

Clean units. Decent security system.
