Great management

An adjacent unit had a leak in it which in turn caused mold on all of my belongings. I reported it and filed a claim which turned out NOT to be the insurance company, but a third party that dismissed my claim before seeing all photos of damage and a final explanation. The manager tried his best to help, but the upper management levels are inept/don't care. I was given a different space yet had to take a week of my own time to relocate my possessions alone. A mover would have cost $1600. Cube smart has done nothing to compensate me for the damage to my things or the loss of time having to move them myself.

Clean units. Decent security system.

The representative was very knowledgeable of rental spaces and very accommodating in showing us the various spaces for comparison. He was very polite and professional. We were able to make the necessary changes and feel more at ease with the space selected.

This location is amazing. The process was quick and super fast. The manager was through, friendly and explained everything that we needed to know. The location is really clean and well maintained and we are more than comfortable with the security.
