Great on site manager. Very helpful

First, my wife made a reservation and was told she had to check in at the office. Unfortunately, the office was closed when we got there at about 4:00 on a Friday. In fact, she did NOT have to go to the office. Then, I made an "immediate" reservation because hers would not work. I was assigned a storage space that was supposedly 10x10. In fact, it was 10' on two sides, but it was L-shaped so there is NO WAY it was 100sq ft. I was charged $94.69 for that. Since I needed a full 10x10 AND climate-controlled (my mistake the first reservation), I ended up speaking to someone who moved it to the climate-controlled space and charged me $117.60. Unfortunately, they never refunded the original charge. So, now I'm going to have to call again to get that fixed. At this point, I would steer people away from CubeSmart if there were any other options.

Manager, Robert, was fantastic to work with. He was very organized, answered all my questions fully, and made the decision quite easy any problems that have come up since then he has handled them very well and I’m very pleased that he is the manager of the complex.
