Great customer service on the phone that provided simple process. Instructions were very clear to finish up the process.

The garage door would constantly fall down from the day we rented the storage unit. I asked a couple of times for it to be fixed but it didn’t happen. We always had to have a pile to prop it open. Then after just a few months you went up $100 a month which was my determining factor to find a different storage facility.
