Good but mice

It was a very horrible experience. Within a few months the monthly fee went up $40 but advertised lower to prices for the same size unit. For months in the winter time there was no plowing and my unit was no accessible; I was told to bring a shovel and dig myself out if I wanted to get in to my unit. The staff was horrible! I asked for the manager's contact and reached out to the area manager and he was quite rude, as well. When I finally was able to clear the unit, it was infested with mice/rat droppings all over everything, every time opening or closing the door all debris from the ceiling dropped down on my head and belongings. The things in the unit I rented stored my Mom's belongings who recently passed...it was heartbreaking to see the toxic droppings all over her possessions. I cannot express how incredibly awful my experience was with this company and employees.

Very poor maintenance of facility. Poor snow removal, lack of correspondence from corporate. Raised rates substantially quickly.

Conveniently located near my home. Hours of operation. Able to come& go with locked security gate. Staff aways friendly when needed assistance. Units always stay dry never had a problem.

No problems but you keep raising rates every year-and not by $5.00
