The amount of rodent damage in my unit was unbelievable! Additionally, the frequency and amount of rate increases over the 5-6 years we rented the unit was excessive.

Process was easy. Online pricing was matched. Hannah was great to work with.

It was very good. Only problem for me was how much the rent increased.

Unreasonably high rental price for two units when I had originally requested one. False representation online. The units were dirty and then I got an email about a rental increase that was not discussed when we first rented the unit(s). If you’re wanting transparent communication with the company you’re renting from and a clean unit that was advertised online, go with Extra Space Storage.

The unit was clean and accessible. I do not have any real problem with renting, I just dont give high scores. I would suggest that you be more transparent regarding the necessity for storage insurance. I was taken a bit off guard when I was told and had to scramble to get it. It was not a lot of money but it would have been nice to know up front.
