I really like the ease of getting a unit. I particularly liked how the Johnston, RI store accomodated my car and got me a unit on road height. However, you folks need to hire more people. Often times, they have to close the office when showing another person a unit. That adds time to my day or night which is not productive. Other than that, all good.

Awful awful awful experience there and I’ve been renting from you guys to get through the years and this time it was just awful snow was not removed mouse droppings everywhere always smelled of weed in the front office stunk of body order so bad I almost threw up

The service was good at the johnston location. The customer service woman was very helpful

Rent going up every month. I found a storage unit that is three times the size of the one that I just got rid of and still less than what I was paying. I could get three of the storage units I just rented for the price I was paying at your place. The maintenance is a joke there you don’t keep up with anything. Down hanging in front of my storage unit that I was unable to get to very poorly run. Snow not cleared away from my unit.

Easy access

Ease of online rental. Hannah at the Johnston RI location was amazing. I am recovering from a brain injury (TBI) and she was so helpful and made first visit so much less stressful!

The price wasn’t bad until you put the insurance on it then it was a little too expensive for me
