I had set up auto pay and on my last month I was out of my unit on day 7 and was told your policy is to not prorate refunds. So I can get a prorated price to start a unit during the month but can not get a refund on an early move out is just Wrong. If I had a couple of large units and lost hundreds I would of set up a protest in front of this facility!

They take their time explaining things to you and not rushing you. They speak with so much respect and I admire them so much for all of that that they give me on that day.

Good place for storage.

Dominique was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional and explained everything in great detail. She showed us the storage unit which was very clean, the right size and secure. After checking into several other storage facilities CubeSmart Self Storage had the most reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to my friends and family.

I had storage for over 3 years paid ins and mice got into my storage and ruined a lot of irreplaceable items and you guys said nothing could be done about rodents even though you gave me unit next to trash can

My unit was over run with mice. My rent went up CONSTANTLY and I return to my unit to retrieve some stuff out of it and it was full of mice droppings. None of my things were salvageable. I had a lot of personal and sentimental items in there that will just have to be disposed of. It’s hazardous, disgusting, and absolutely inexcusable that they don’t take the right precautions to make sure pests don’t get to the items. Absolutely ridiculous.
