The rent kept going up, and every couple of months it would increase again, and my unit would have mice. When I moved out there were mouse droppings all over and there was actually a dead mouse in the unit.

My trailer was broken into, no remorse shown at all from the company. I was notify days after the trailer was broken into. Kerri was supposed to give me a month free for the inconvenience, however, that never happened.
