I've enjoyed my recent units & services. Although, I didn't care for the random storage fee increases, which made it a financial problem after I've had the unit for over a year. Plus, getting locked inside the premises, due to gate lockout while trying to clean out my unit. Getting yelled at by night manager trying to get let out of the gate... 🥴

The workers are very nice and very efficient. The units are very clean and the facility is very well taken care of and is always clean and quiet.

When moving items, realized there was a mouse infestation. More than half our items had to be discarded due to mice feces and urine coating our belongings. Like our couch and beds.
