It was a great place to keep my belongings without having to worry about anything being dammed. It was also affordable and had very nice employees.

Sold item, couldn’t access unit for two months, auction was do month away and still sold unit. Avoid them at all cost.

Very clean facility. Terrance and staff was extra friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Only thing I wish for is 24 hour access.

It was after hours and I had an emergency needing a unit. The website link charged me the online application price, but when I received my confirmation and instruction email, the code was blank. The app also would not work. I called and the manager had to meet me. It took hours to set things up, but I was not reimbursed the $40.00 fee if you sign up online, even though I had to be inconvenienced, and had to meet management for assistance in person... again taking hours for something that wasn't my fault. I also never received my next billing statement, so I was locked out of my unit. I had to go in person and meet management again, both times being reassured I would receive the initial $40.00 online fee back, and partial rent for the inconvenience. This experience was an absolute nightmare, a very kind manager, but one that was very unknowledgeable. I moved my items, and would never recommend or use CubeSmart again.

Very bad communication, was provided with a gate code that never worked, overcharged for empty unit that I couldn't access to vacate , still waiting for the manager to call back .

staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The cost of the RV spot is pretty high compared to other storage facilities in the area.
