Sometimes we would go there and the office was closed. We like to make our payments in person. And there would be no reason for the office to be closed. It was during office hours.

Constant price increases are uncalled for. You raise the prices and the customer gets absolutely nothing for it. I purchased my own storage bldg. instead of continuing to pay the ridiculous price!!
