Sometimes the office is closed and no notification is emailed. I like to pay my bill in person and that is why I like to come to the office.The ladies that work there are friendly.We still have a storage unit there.

Price for unit was raised 3 times since I started using you storage unit.

Been at this storage facility for 35 plus years but since CubeSmart took over unit prices have doubled and go up every 2 - 3 months. Don’t care if you’re a on time paying customer just want to drive you out with rent increases.

You guys are like the comcast of storage units all you do is raise prices for the same service. Started at a reasonable price, I guess to get people there and then raised the price over and over and over until almost $200 and it was not even a big unit. I would hate to see what the prices would be for a bigger one. We should have left a long time ago.
