Had no issues at all and the employees were always friendly and accommodating.

Have been satisfied with the offerings available at this location. Some items I have concerns with are the rent increases, the possibility of not all video cameras being operational (actual recording being stored, based on verbal information given by former employees) for security purposes. The Location is Excellent. There also should be better lighting out front, as since the Former Onsite Manager left, the CUBESMART Street Sign is no longer lit at night, and the overall entrance is too dark, which could allow someone to be in the shadows waiting for an attempt at gate access.

Best storage unit place I've ever rented from, both women in the office are the friendliest and helpful two I've known, would strongly recommend renting a storage unit from here if you need a unit to store your items for personal or for your business.

Location & Cost

It hasn’t been affordable for a while now. Your rent increases have been ridiculous. I started there with the old owners in 2018 at $180. Between 2018 and 2023 they increased rent 31%. From 2023 until now 2025 you’ve increased rent 127%. What a rip off.
