They keep raising the already high rent. Also, I had auto pay and one month they said they couldn’t process my payment. I was charged a late charge for their error, and it took me almost 30 minutes on my phone to correct their problem. At 9:15 am there was nobody in the office to help to I had to call. Their fast and friendly service failed me.

Countless requests for manager to respond to requests to call back. Cannot reach manager even with customer care assistance. Endless greedy price increases.
