It’s difficult to take time and go to the storage unit for minor issues. In this case I needed to change the card on my autopay since it had expired. The online portal was not working and the personnel on sit could not help. Got charged multiple late fees because I forgot to pay. It was very frustrating not being able to update the payment method online
