Bc the employees went into my storage and took several things out of it and they broke my expensive flower vase as well as them changing a lock bc I thought I paid my storage and they cut the lock off it without my knowledge

I had a great experience. The office staff was so helpful.

The staff was all so helpful. She was always willing to answer any questions I had. Even help me get in when I couldn't understand the key pad.

I loved the customer service and location but the cost per month was way too high.

Never really dealt with Cube Smart but did NOT like the front desk people of the last brand AT ALL. They were not nice; glad new ownership took over.
