Very nice facility but seemed to be expensive

The facilities are nice but the rates increase too fast for established customers while new customers get cheap rates.

We called to cancel on a Sunday the last day of our rent period. We were told it would cancel and nothing else had to be done and that the 800 number would let the local office know on Monday. We then heard back from the office personnel 2.5 weeks later saying we had to remove our lock and to do so we had to pay a 200 access fee. The lady even began to threaten my wife with a lien placement which makes zero sense as the unit is empty. As an investor in over a dozen storage unit facilities in Texas.....I would caution your team from making threats that don't apply. Not everyone is ignorant in Texas law and storage unit regulations.

The customer service was fantastic! Very friendly walked me through the whole process, and the price was very reasonable!

It was very easy and straightforward to get a storage unit when I needed one on short notice. The on site representative gave me a tour of the various unit sizes and took time to answer all my questions.
