Nice lady in office

I gave you a 4 because the place was always clean and neat.The entrance and exit seemed secure.I was in unit 314 on S Fry Road in Houston. The facility started allowing large RV's and vehicles at the end of the row. It was somewhat difficult to exit the row because a somewhat turn is now required to exit the row. It became very difficult to make that turn and exit / enter with a trailer on that end. It was a challenge to try and back down that row. Other customers had similar complaint. On Monday, Feb 9, the girl did not seem interested in helpintg.

We have an inside storage unit, and it is always secure and temperature controlled. The access is easy in and easy out, and there is always someone available to answer any questions or concerns you have.
