We've had two units at this location and both have leaked heavily during rainstorms. The bare minimum for a storage unit should be that when it rains, your stuff stays dry.

The space was quite inexpensive compared to the one I was moving out of and I did my signup online. The app was easy to deal with, the space was clean, and the entire site seems well-maintained.

Consitently overcharged over a 5 year period....and refused to correct online billing errors...(month after month, $150 was posted as due, but more charged to my checking acct)...then raised my bill to $246.00 per monthacctaccountaoverdrawibg
