Wes has been extremely helpful and communicative throughout the years.The building has always been cleaner, in good repair, and the A/C is always working.

This store is clean and feels safer than others i have used. Now with elevator security, it is even better to be in the second floor than a ground level storage unit. Add a person that have suffered rubber from a storage facility before, this is the most important feature i look for at a storage facility.

The process from start to finish was smooth and extremely professional. When we arrived to sign for the unit, we were given the best customer service by the service team. It is making our relocation and moving so much smoother as a result.

There was a real person on site to discuss my options. West was very good in providing the info I needed.

Raised my rent 4 times in under three years, was going to pay double before I moved. Now I will pay 1/6th of the cost at another facility.
