The thing that made me unhappy was the fact that the rent for my unit increased, just after 2, 3 months of my signing the agreement and I was not given a satisfactory explanation.

I like most of the people who work at the facility although sometimes a few were not that helpful. The prices kept going up a lot and very frequently. And this unit had 2x water issues and mice issues. I actually have damage from mice and photos of mice infestation including droppings and a dead one. I really should not have been paying that kind of rate considering these issues.

When we were emptying out our unit, I was missing some of my clothing. They were brand new and some of them were still in the original package that I received them in.

I signed up to reserve a unit online, but I didn't realize that once I put in my credit card info, it became a "move-in" situation. Which was a bit of problem bc I ended up with the wrong "move-in"/start date. There were also some technical issues. I spoke to someone named Grant over the phone who was very helpful. The next day I spoke to Nick in your Kearny (NJ) location who was equally helpful. *Then, my move fell through and I asked to please cancel the transaction all together. Basically, due to one thing or another, this whole transaction was a mess (but not really anyone's fault) But every person I spoke to at CubeSmart (Grant, Nick, Maria) was super helpful and kind. I'll be using CubeSmart again. A+++
