Since my first day, the staff are wonderful and pleasant to work with!

YA QUE UNO LOS ADQUIERE HACIENDO UN CALCULO APROXIMADO DE LAS COSAS A GUARDAR CALCULANDO LARGO, ANCHO, ALTURA. ETC... QUE SEA UN POCO MAS GRANDE NO NOS PERJUDICA PERO SI ES MAS PEQUEÑO SI... NOS HACE PERDER TIEMPO... SON DOS PUNTOS A OBSERVAR...

The facility was safe and clean, but there were no bathrooms available after hours. I also had trouble during office hours when the scheme had left the office and prevented access to the bathrooms. You also chose to increase the rent after 9 months. Every storage facility does this and it forces people with long term storage needs to move.

Huge mouse infestation from adjoining unit. Complaints left unaddressed.

The facility was good. Easy access and reasonable hours. I was dismayed that there was no bathroom available outside business hours. I'm also not a fan of the random raising of prices after 6 to 9 months. So I'm continuing to play the game where I switch to a new facility once the price starts climbing. I'm going from $300 a month to $600 over the course of a couple of years... I can't afford that.. sigh

I'm able to use AUTOPAY to pay my monthly bill on time and it's a convenient location , so I don't have to spend too much TAXI fare and I've only incurred one problem and am waiting to get the problem resolved

The total cost was almost double for the small unit. The mandatory insurance almost doubles the cost of the unit. So in my opinion, CubeSmart is not in the business of storage, but in the business of insurance. I'm pretty sure CubeSmart's building is insured. So, why does everyone individually have to have insurance?
