I absolutely love the CubeSmart location on Davis Blvd in Keller. The staff is awesome and always helpful, and the location is always spotless, easy to get in and out of, and safe! I still need storage but I moved too far away from this location to keep this unit. I have had a lot of storage units in my life and this was by far my favorite one! Thank you for a great experience.

The price increase after 6 months was significant!

The facility is wonderful. The app works flawlessly. However I felt like a "bait and switch" was in place as far as pricing. You offer a low price, get people in and then go up...and okay I expected that but then shy of a year you raise the price AGAIN...from $101. to $128. Just not acceptable!

The location was very convenient for me and the property was well maintained. However, the continual increase in rent was too much. I’m now paying more than 50% less for the exact size unit elsewhere.
