First few years were fine. Past year or so, customer service has gone downhill. Rude and condescending.

Bait and switch marketing. Prices quickly adjusted above market. Insurance requirements are ridiculous and only serve to generate additional revenue. Overall, a terrible experience.

I'm a hard scorer and still gave 9.Felt my property was safe, peace of mind. The manager and main office personnel worked with me on any issuesI was called when my lock was not secured, totally my doing.

Before when it was badger Storage, everything was fine. The price for the store was reasonable , but ever since that CubeSmart took over the price has been going up twice a year, which is unfair.
