Once CubeSmart took over my rate for my storage unit kept going up. I was never emailed that there was going to be an increase, it was just a surprise when I got my bill. My rate for my 10' x 10' unit went from $89 a couple years ago to $161 today. I will never rent from CubeSmart again.

Thought monthly charge for the size of unit was about $20 too much!

Went during business hours and front desk had sign they be back soonWhich was 2 hours so kinda disappointed because I would have liked to speak with someone about my lock

We would still be with you if you hadn’t doubled our rent since CubeSmart took over. We are moving back to the storage that we used to have. The rent there is half the CubeSmart rent for the same size.

Terrible customer service, employees never answer the phones or return voicemails from my experience and prices goes up too fast without enough notice.
