The staff is very helpful and friendly. The storage facility is kept clean. I have never had any problems

Pricing... highly disappointed in the fact right before you bought out the previous company the prices were raised. Right after you took over, there was a Cubesmart rep in the office, we asked are you going to raise the prices, he said no. Sure enough prices went up. Also found out you raise prices 2x a year. Highly disappointed.

The facility is fantastic. Great location, very clean, and well maintained!

Kathy was great, very friendly and walked me through everything I needed to know step by step. It’s such a wonderful experience when the first person you uncounted at a business and genuinely nice.

Communication is not a strong suit for u guys!!! And my bill kept raising to 235$ a month for a storage unit is diabolical!!!!

I never had any issues while storing my items.
