The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Kelly was very unfriendly everyday. Once my husband got hurt on snow at my unit and I went in to tell Kelly and all she cared about was her missing dog. Never asked if we were ok only that she was stressed cause her dog was missing. Only cared to get an incident report hours afterwards when I said I would be going to the hospital.

Process online was fast and easy. Office staff followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the unit and to see if I had any questions.

I used their services when they opened for several months and now I came back. Probably use them when I need them again and again and again.

Only problem was the price went up 30 percent without warning when CubeSmart took over

The facility is clean and the staff is supportive. The prices are very high for the area. The price of the unit went up twice in the 15 months I rented it. I had hoped to find a unit with 24 hour access - but the last rent increase forced me to clean out my garage and use it as my storage unit.

The staff were kind and the storage was efficient and a reasonable price.
