I got the unit storage in such a short notice and it was at a discounted price. Elizabeth was the clerk that helped me, very sweet and adjusted lady

Because when I reserved my storage, I did it online. Then when I came in to leave stuff. I noticed it was too small. So I went in and talk to Ms. Lupe and she helped me get a 10x10 cuz I thought ok. Tht will be good. Nope lol. I went with Elizabeth (I think thts her name) to see the storages and decided to go with the 10x30. We laughed and Ms. Lupe was very understanding and helpful.

The unit was very clean and the facility well maintained. All of my belongings stayed safe. The staff was friendly and the service timely. I was very satisfied with everything I experienced here.

Terrible costumer service the fact you got a award for that is a joke and the facility itself is not kept up but it’s not surprising after I kept telling the air head facility manager you have working for you they well get on it and after that I was supposed to get a call from the new district manger and got nothing so again terrible company to rent from.
