The storage unit seemed clean when we moved items in from my mother's house, but we found roaches in our unit as time passed. One of the roaches was a German roach. I know that the items we moved in did not have any roaches in them, because my mother's house did not have any. It was tedious to move everything out because we had to seal everything in garbage bags so we didn't bring any living roaches to my home. I hope that by keeping these items in garbage bags for about six weeks, there will be no living roaches in them when they are opened. Also the rent for the storage unit more than doubled in the time that we were there.

It would be nice if you pro rated the rent when you clear the storage space. Sometimes you jsut have to get the stuff out and timing may not always be good. So if your at the start of the billing period, you have to pay a full month even if you are only in for a week and a few days.

The move in process is easy. The facilities are well built, secure, climate controlled and professionally managed.

Mark was very professional and friendly, he went above and beyond to help me out and answer all my questions.
