Friendly and excellent service

Great location.

I was quoted a promotion in store, and was told to secure the rental online. Was not given the promotion when booking online. Felt like it was false advertising, since I was told from your store to book online to secure the rental.

Quickly went up in price, i get that is a month to month but i started paying around 70 bucks and it almost doubled by the time i moved out. Other than that is alright and safe.

The staff were always polite, friendly, and courteous. The place seemed to have excellent security. It was convenient and easy to access. It was pretty clean too considering there was construction right next door.

The place is a rip off. They charge a move in fee, require to buy their insurance and constantly raises rent.

I was able to book storage unit on line, I got everything I needed through my email. When I got there my unit was clean and ready lock was in my unit already. When I talked to the staff they were very friendly they work very quickly and explained how things worked because I had no idea that there was a storage unit this amazing. They told me about the app and how you can do everything through the app to include pay, add authorize people to your unit and my favorite use it as a remote for the access gates. I had an issue with my roll up gate and it was fix in less the 4 hrs. Over all the best storage experience ever and the price was very reasonable. I just wish they had location in more locations across the U.S. definitely go with Cubesmart if your looking for an easy solution for your storage needs.
