The staff were always polite, friendly, and courteous. The place seemed to have excellent security. It was convenient and easy to access. It was pretty clean too considering there was construction right next door.

The place is a rip off. They charge a move in fee, require to buy their insurance and constantly raises rent.

I was able to book storage unit on line, I got everything I needed through my email. When I got there my unit was clean and ready lock was in my unit already. When I talked to the staff they were very friendly they work very quickly and explained how things worked because I had no idea that there was a storage unit this amazing. They told me about the app and how you can do everything through the app to include pay, add authorize people to your unit and my favorite use it as a remote for the access gates. I had an issue with my roll up gate and it was fix in less the 4 hrs. Over all the best storage experience ever and the price was very reasonable. I just wish they had location in more locations across the U.S. definitely go with Cubesmart if your looking for an easy solution for your storage needs.

The manager and her staff was on top of her / their responsibilities and impressed me how well she handled the customers including myself in renting a truck. Kudos to this facility!!

The only issues I had while my things were stored were the presence of rats or mice. I noticed droppings and a lot of my things had chew/bite marks in them. Some of my things got a little shredded like confetti. But, all in all, it was not that terrible lol. Thank you for keeping most of my things safe :)
