The local people were pleasant and helpful. My issue is the ridiculous seemed like every three months price increases. I was penalized for being a long term customer. When I finally left, the rate I was being charged was almost $100 more per month then advertised on their website. I moved to a larger space and am saving $110.00 per month with a 12 month price guarantee.The CubeSmart regional manager offered me $8 per month off.

Customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend this place to coworkers and family.

Clean and it was everything I expected

The location is nice but it is hard at times to enter and leave due to high volume traffic. Also I've noticed the front gate always having issues and so having to go around to the back entrance to get in can be inconvenient at times. Other then that, great experience.

The facility is great. The staff is helpful and friendly. But the price increases are terrible.

Very easy to rent online. Unit was ready the same day. Unit is very bright and clean. Super easy to access the facility.

I was quoted a promotion in store, and was told to secure the rental online. Was not given the promotion when booking online. Felt like it was false advertising, since I was told from your store to book online to secure the rental.
