Staff is friendly and very helpful.

After only a year the price gets jacked up to $50 more. That's a lot for some people.

The unit and property were great, but the automatic rate increases made this untenable for long term storage needs.

When I went to collect my things there were rat/mice dropping in the unit and there had been packets of rat poisoning. Not left by us, and many things in the unit had to be tossed due to damage due to rats/mice. I had cancelled my “lease” 10 days before renewal and had been charged for an entire month after it was suppose to end. The front gate worked less than half the time I used the unit and the back gate was always open.

Payments going up for no reason I found the same size for 125.00 down due to a 50 dollar deposit and only 75.00 a month with no going up at all!!!
