this was one of my many terrible experience on my move . The gate code did not work after many attemps . I had a 18 wheeler on its way on a sunday . I spoke wiyh a few people who were no help . Carlos was the only one who made sure that I was getting a unit near by. Thank you Carlos. and when I open my unit #48. The light bulb did not work and it was dark.

It is hard to figure out what phone number to use whe trying to call ehere your unit is.I don't think you should be charged when payng your bill unless you go in and pay and pay it with a check. perso with a check

I was glad to see after I unpacked everything. There was no mice that had gotten into my boxes. That in itself is a miracle.

Had a hole in the unit and told someone about it two times but yet it was never fixed. So because of the hole, rain water ruined a mirror of mine.

would have given a 10 because of the kindness and corrective work the staff showed me when I went to check in to my unit that I booked online. The code didn't work and then my unit had a garage door that was supposed to be fixed and wasn't so the lady had to take me back to office to find me a different unit.

Price! Customer Service! The lady in the office was nice enough. The light NEVER worked in my unit, and I asked to have it fixed multiple times. For the price, I would have expected a light that at least worked!!!!!
