A gate was added with a bike lock. I was not notified of the code and was unable to get into my unit. After I got the code for that and was able to get on the property, more changes were made and an automatic gate was put in. I was never contacted to create a code. The code provided to me in the app was invalid. When speaking with customer service they told me I would have to wait for help, but I needed access to my personal property right then. When signing the agreement in the beginning, I was paying $70/month. The rates kept increasing and the reason I was given was for "improvements to the units and property." My unit was 10x20, it was not temperature controlled, water came in under the wall from the unit next to me which damaged my belongings, and the only "improvement" that was made to my unit was that it was repainted on the outside. Essentially, I paid a lot of money for other people to get a fancy new building with brand new units. The driveway in front of my unit is nothing but potholes and dirt. The pallets provided to me in my unit were broken. I found a temperature controlled unit for almost half the price at a better facility. This place was nothing but a headache for me.
