I was customer with the same storage unit for 25+ years. Paid the same rate until the old owners sold out to Hearthstone, I think that was their company. They doubled our rate for the same unit and saw no improvement on our unit. CubeSmart bought them out and they raised the price another 50%. Done!!

The LaPorte staff, Jennifer and Judith were always available and prompt responding to me when I contacted them. They were efficient getting me into a larger unit. I still have a unit I am keeping with CubeSmart.

The woman in LaPorte currently in charge was hardworking and got me the unit I wanted cleaned our the very day I asked to see what available. She knew her job and was very efficient, made sure I provided all the info she needed and clarified any questions I asked. I payed for 3 months rent that day due to my confidence in her.
