No one informed us that when it rained hard in LaPorte, our storage unit kept on flooding, because the rainwater went underneath the closed shed door. Thus, we lost at least half of everything we had stored in our C7D unit on Division Rd. Also, in my opinion, you folks should reimburse us for our January 2026 rent, since we closed our account very early in the New Year.
