I wasn't able to get the help I needed. I am a first time renter. I never used storage units before, so when I applied online with my reservation I thought I was reserving a spot for the future. That then locked my date in as my move in date when I needed it three days later. Now when I move I won't have anywhere to put my things for three days unless I pay another month. I asked could I get my date changed since I was unaware and have not been to the unit yet. He told me no, which inconveniences me. I will get a refund and go elsewhere.

Your storage unit had cracks in it, causing water to leak in and damage a bunch of our stuff. Your company’s solution was to move us to a smaller unit for more money. We were told you’d charge us the same money ($88 per month) but we received 3 separate invoices ranging from $200+ to over $300 for one month. Insanity. I’ll tell everyone not to use Cube Smart.

Process if renting a unit was easy. The facility was clean and easy to get to. I liked the hours that are set for you to have availability to the unit. Office people were very helpful when I had questions.
