Good storage unit and pricing. Friendly staff. Would suggest some repairs for the freight elevator, which is why I gave a 9 out of 10.

Cost changed after a couple months into the rental.

Dee in the front office was incredibly accommodating. She was able to make some exceptions for us that saved us a lot of time and probably money. She gave us a tour of the property and helped us access both units we were renting.The property itself is very clean and well maintained. Carts are available for use, which is really helpful. While not 24/7, the access hours are something like 6:30am-10pm, which is great.
